Tennessee

This past week we spent it in Tennessee. Thanks to the Garcia Fam and Oliver and Marelys. We left last Wednesday and got in on Tuesday night. We had a great time and it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be to take a 2 month old on a 14 hour car ride. The whole way there he pretty much slept and he did the same on the way back. I'll leave the good funny stories for Priscilla to blog about because she's better at that than I am, but I'll mention some of the highlights of the trip.

1. Priscilla thinking we had made it to Daytona in an hour and yelling at me for correcting her.
2. Chris asking "Where's Keren?" when I had fallen asleep and my head was hidden. He thought I wasn't in the car.
3. Getting our first souvenir...a ticket in South Caroling by trying to catch up to Oliver. Special thanks to the officer who put it down as if Chris was going 10 miles under what he really was going.
4. The Falling Rocks. A new band in Tennessee according to Marelys.
5. Patty wanting to eat my baby with some biscuits and gravy.
6. Miriam's crazy looking glasses.
7. Our very special Valentine's Dinner. I think the waitress is going to request to take coffee and cream off the menu.
8. Chris on a horse. I'll leave it at that.
9. Our $400 rental car.
10. Being able to poop on vacation...that's priceless.
11. Priscilla singing Ian to sleep and not knowing we were watching, much less videotaping her.

Of course...I'm missing a lot of things, so if any of you that went want to add to the list...go ahead.
